The SPINE framework has been redesigned and its 1.2 version easily allow users to add new sensors, platforms and functionalities to be supported. SPINE 1.2 supports several HW platforms (telosb motes with spine sensor board, telosb motes with biosensor sensor board, micaz motes with mts300 board and shimmer motes) on the Node Side and provides, on the Server Side, simple Java APIs to develop applications on the coordinator.
